Breckenridge is the home to a beautiful mountain range that offers so many summer and winter activities. Its prestige peaks are unforgettable and attract people from all over the world. It is mostly famous for its snowboard and ski activities. The resort contains two main peaks with many lifts to spend more than a weekend worth of exploring.
Breckenridge has an array of bars and restaurants in the town center. It is also known for its casual and youthful nightlife. If you are looking for a fun weekend with friends and family roaming around, this is the place for you.
The downside is mainly entering and leaving. It is about 3 hours from the biggest airport (Denver) and about 1 1/2 hours from the Aspen Airport. Either way, doing the drive for a weekend may cause a lot of traffic, so take account your timing for this.
Other than that, it is a place I highly recommend visiting.
