Learning To Be

The reason why we, as human beings, tend to have anxiety and a lot of negative mental thinking is because we believe that we are not supposed to be where we are right now in our lives. We always tend to form a plan, a structure that can help us create intentions and purpose as to what we are doing.

We forget, however, that life sometimes does not work that way and life brings us unexpected bumps in the road or complete detours to our plans and intentions. This creates chaos in our mind, and we start making up excuses, reasons, or ways to cope with this change.

This provokes an illusion that we are not meant to be where we are. However, we are exactly where we are supposed to be.

You are exactly where you are meant to be. Some way or another, this detour or bump on the road is here to create preferences in our lives so we can better communicate to the world exactly what we want to create.

The first step to overcoming this thought pattern is to accept where you stand in your life and come to term that this is where you need to be to achieve where you want to get to. Learn to be and enjoy the present moment, even if this is not exactly where you planned to be or where you want to be.
